This is a guitar simulator that uses state-space modeling to realistically recreate classic guitar amplifiers (which are expensive and bulky). State-space modeling involves precise measurement and digital reconstruction of the analog device at the component level. The behavior of each capacitor, resistor, diode, and circuit element is measured, modeled, and recreated, including the unique nonlinear characteristics of the components.
